With planning effort, a project based on reasonable forecast can be initiated inclusive of the contingency factors –the unexpected. Although survival may appear to have become less of a concern, expansion and growth factors arise. Again the planning process is essential for you may well need additional finance to obtain larger premises, acquire more manufacturing materials increase staff or any of the other factors that necessitate funding or opportunity and profit. The investor or financiers will need a plan to justify the provision of expansion funds. If you have maintained the regularity of planning for your business, your credibility is enhanced and obtaining the necessary support will be a great deal easier.

The Entry Process is founded on identification of a perceived opportunity and applying a Business Plan concept to confirming realism. Survival requires continual planning to ensure that you know where you are and what you can expect on the path ahead. Once the planning process is adopted and continued, your enterprise will have substance reference points and the facilities to consider new opportunities.
